Freelancer Income & Expense System

Suited for: Freelancers, contract workers, people with several sources of income, people who spend in several currencies

Freelance life means tracking projects, fees and hours for several clients at once, and managing income and expenses is a whole other system. The Freelancer Income & Expense System is a self-management tool for freelancers and contract workers, in two big parts, income and expenses. On the income side it focuses on logging working hours and project income, so you can see how many hours each project takes and what it brings in (project management for freelancers). On top of that it handles multi-currency bookkeeping, to-dos, and idea and meeting notes.

Job tracking and project management

Record clients, projects, fees, whether you've been paid, estimated hours and so on, so you know where each project stands and what's been collected.

Time tracking

Log the hours you actually spend. The app works out your real hourly rate, so you can compare it with your estimate. Every time you estimate and then check the result, your quotes get a bit more accurate.

Multi-currency bookkeeping and income and expenses

Record the payment method and the type of spending. Income and expenses in different currencies are converted into one currency for analysis, so you don't have to do exchange rates in your head. Currently TWD, JPY, EUR and USD are supported, and totals are converted at the current exchange rate.

Income and expense charts

Monthly and yearly income, the gap from your income goal, income by client, and spending by type and method. See it all at a glance.

To-dos and ideas: self-management

To-dos sort themselves by deadline, and you can mark them done or on hold. Jot ideas down as they come, so they don't slip away.

Wish list

Books, films, exhibitions you want to see: save them with a screenshot or a link and mark them as done, bought or not sure. Text in uploaded images is extracted automatically.
