Freelancer Income & Expense System
Suited for: Freelancers, contract workers, people with several sources of income, people who spend in several currencies
Project tracking, working hours, multi-currency bookkeeping and charts, all in one tool
AppSheet
Custom micro management systems built on AppSheet around your work or your life, and a few ready-made AppSheet templates you can simply buy outright.
AppSheet is an app platform from Google that connects to Google's services and lets you build a system of your own. I can do the AppSheet development for you (custom builds, freelance work) around your work or your life, and make a small, just-enough system. Or, if one of my existing systems (templates) already fits what you need, you can simply buy it outright.
If you're already used to Google's services, AppSheet can come in almost painlessly: there's no new platform to learn! The data also lives in your Google account, so it's easy to export and use.
A new AppSheet system built from scratch around your needs. Simple or complex, feel free to ask.
If an existing work (template) mostly fits, I can adjust it for an extra fee, and then you buy it outright.
If an existing work (template) fits what you need, you can simply buy it (a one-off purchase).
Warranty: If you need it, I also offer a warranty service.
These are my existing works (AppSheet templates). Feel free to write to me and ask for a trial!

AppSheet is an app platform from Google that connects to Google's services and lets you build a system of your own. If you're already used to Google's services, it's easy to get started and to learn.
First I get to know what you need, look at the data you already have (if any), and we work out the shape of it. Once that's confirmed, I build and adjust it, and finally I give you instructions and hand it over, with a one-month warranty included.
You're welcome to ask for a trial of the existing works (templates) by email.
It's a one-off purchase, not a subscription. The actual quote depends on what you need, and we talk about it after you write to me.
Your data stays in your own Google account (Google Sheets), and you can use it freely.
Yes. I can help sort out your existing data (records in Excel or Google Sheets, for example) and bring it into the system, so you don't have to retype it entry by entry.
Because every set of data looks different, the cost of importing can't be given as a fixed price. I need to see the data before I can quote.
Yes. You just pay an extra fee for the adjustments, and then buy it outright.
It works in computer browsers, on Android and iOS phones, and on tablets, and you can enter data offline and it syncs when you're back online.
The user limit depends on whether your Google account is the free or the paid version. The free version allows up to 10 users.
No. You don't need to write any code to use it, and if you're already used to Google's services you'll get the hang of it quickly.
I'm Meng Ya, a freelancer of five years. My core skills are breaking problems down, doing the research, and thinking things through, and I offer an all-in-one service of "analysis, planning and making".
Some of my systems so far started from my own freelance life, and some from first-hand work experience. I first work out how you actually work and find the real pain points, then we talk through what to make and how.
Sometimes what you need most isn't a system. Or there is other, more important homework to do before you have one.
Tell me what you're dealing with, and we'll decide together what to do.
